The project deals with what a sport of the future can become, an entertaining activity in which jetpacks are not only used as a transportation vehicle, but slightly gliding its primary purpose, they become fascinating flying objects, being able to draw attention, bring people together and, of course, making humans imponderable. This type of bizarre relationship between the human body and the flying object is similar with the mechanism of an old elevator and has a way of recalling a latent industrial era. However, the project has some practical constrains. The water has the purpose of a protection area for the flyers and the quality of a proper background for this type of sport. The jetpack area is formed by 14 modules, each module having its own autonomy and the capacity of sliding up and down. The lifting is required for extending the spectator’s field of view for a sport which is both horizontal and vertical.
